How to make
Mickey Pretzels
Dissolve 1 Tbs. sugar in lukewarm water
Add 2 & 1/4 tsp yeast and let bloom for 5 min
Mix in 1 tsp salt
& 4 cups flour
Bring 6 cups of water & 1/3 cup baking soda to a boil
Boil pretzel for
25 seconds
Brush egg on top of the pretzels
Twist pretzel dough into Mickey shape
Sprinkle pretzels with coarse salt
Bake at 350
for 10 minutes
